Very complete and effective boxing from Ángel “Cameleon” Ayala Lardizabal, who won the WBC’s flyweight elimination match, convincingly defeating former champion of the world, Nicaraguan Cristofer “Látigo” Rosales, at the Metepec Fairgrounds, State of Mexico.

Ayala (14-0-0, 6 ko’s) remains undefeated and was masterful against a rival with great experience, namely “Látigo” Rosales (32-6-0, 21 ko’s) who sought to counterattack and force The fight, but the Mexican executed his fight plan to perfection, and landed an appreciably higher volume of punches.

After ten action packed rounds, “Chameleon” triumphed on all three cards: 120-107, 116-111 and 116-112.

During the same event , Luis “Zurdito” Ramírez (10-0-0, 10 ko’s) extended his perfect record, and in just 1 minute and 22 seconds, demonstrating his power, knocking down Brandon Romero twice and knocking him out (12-3-1, 6 ko’s). Romero had to be taken out of the ring on a stretcher and taken to a hospital, for tests required for this type of knockout, and fortunately, he is OK.

With this victory, “Zurdito” Ramírez wins the WBC Youth Super Bantamweight Championship.
