Alexander Povetkin COVID-19 Update

Reports are circulating that Alexander Povetkin is recovering well at home after a period of time in hospital having contracted COVID-19 prior to the scheduled rematch between Povetkin and Dillian Whyte.

He is about to resume training for the Whyte rematch with a date for the rematch to be announced soon. The end of January is the speculated date but is pending a physical examination for absolute confirmation.
