Alexander Povetkin vs. Dillian Whyte 2 is Finally Here!

WBC heavyweight interim champion Alexander Povetkin, will defend his title, in a rematch against former champion, Dillian Whyte, Saturday night in Gibraltar.

Both fighters looked confident at the official weigh-in on Friday. Povetkin was 228.25 pounds and Whyte was heavier at 247.25 pounds.

Dillian Whyte has an immediate opportunity to gain redemption. Whyte (27-2, 18 KOs) was knocked out by Povetkin (36-2-1, 25 KOs) courtesy of a mighty left uppercut, last August, in Brentwood, Essex.

The fight, which is promoted by Matchroom Boxing, will be televised on SKY in the UK and on DAZN elsewhere.
