Brainy David “Rey” Picasso – Portrait of a Future World Champion
Baby faced, smart and charismatic Mexican boxer in the super bantamweight division, David “Rey” Picasso, who just defeated Jesús Adrian Gómez by knockout last Saturday, in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, was a special guest at the traditional “Coffee Tuesday, ” to talk not only about his overwhelming triumph but also about his plans for 2021, one of which is starting the fifth semester of his bachelor degree in physics.
Picasso, who is trained by Alfredo Caballero, said that boxing has changed his life vision, because it has not only taught him to work with discipline and passion, but also to see that this sport is not only about of oneself but rather helping and inspiring others.
David Picasso, who started boxing at just 7 years, said that the world needs more go getters, and talking with maturity and with an incredible certainty of set goals, David is motivated to move forward with a firm and determined step, because if he wants to become a world champion of the WBC, as well as finish his career in Physics and then do a specialize in Neuroscience.
