Fighters weigh-in for MTK Global event in Bolton, England

There is just one day to go until Friday’s MTK Global event in Bolton after the fighters successfully made weight at the weigh-in on Thursday.

The event is promoted by Johnney Roye for MTK Manchester and takes place at the University of Bolton Stadium, featuring some of the very best rising stars from the UK and Ireland.

Jack Rafferty (17-0, 9 KOs) is back, following four wins in three months to close 2021, while Mike McGoldrick (7-1, 2 KOs) makes his long-awaited comeback after getting to the final of the Boxxer tournament in November 2020.

Muhammad Ali Zahid (6-0) seeks to continue making history, after becoming the first diabetic boxer to receive a professional boxing license in the UK, and teenage sensation Joe McGrail (1-0, 1 KO) has his second professional bout, fresh off his dominant stoppage win during his debut in December.

Undefeated pair Cain Lewis (1-0-1) and Josh Padley (5-0) both return, plus a number of exciting stars will make their professional debuts, as Luke Caffrey, Adam Carberry, Taylor Finch and Barney Stokes all enter the paid ranks.
