Great Expectations & a Tale of Two Cities for Hernández & Martin
Mexican, Luis “Matador” Hernández (21-0, 19 KOs), will defend his WBC Americas Continental super lightweight title, against Alex Martin (15-3, 6 KOs), from Chicago, Illinois, On Saturday, at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth in Dallas, Texas.
Luis “Matador” Hernández has an unbeaten record in professional boxing of 21 wins with 19 knockouts; and he will face Chicago, Illinois pride Alex Martin (15-3-0, 6 KO’s) on a card presented by Golden Boy Promotions, televised on DAZN.
In the main event Vergil Ortiz Jr will face former world champion Maurice Hooker. In addition, Anabel “Avispa” Ortiz (31-3, 4 ko’s), will fight the undefeated Seniesa “Superbad” Estrada (19-0, 8 ko’s).
