Katie Taylor vs. Natasha Jonas
Tasha Jonas and Katie Taylor both successfully made weight ahead of their huge undisputed lightweight title fight this weekend.
Tomorrow Saturday, May 1, at the Manchester Arena in the United Kingdom, the undisputed lightweight champion, Katie Taylor (17-0, 6 KOs), is defending her titles Natasha Jonas (9-1-1, 7 KOs) in which it is expected to be a great fight at the AO Arena in Manchester on Saturday, live in the UK and Ireland on Sky Sports Box Office, and worldwide on DAZN.
The two women took part in the weigh-in on Friday, with Jonas tipping the scales at 134lbs 7oz, while Taylor was slightly heavier at 134lbs 8oz.
Jonas is looking to build on the superb performance she produced in her last fight, where most observers felt she should have been given the decision in her world title fight with Terri Harper.
The fight against Taylor sees the duo renew their rivalry from nearly a decade ago, when they had their massive fight at the London Olympics back in 2012.
Taylor has just defeated Miriam Gutiérrez in her most recent fight, in November. Natasha came very close to winning her first world title last summer, when she drew WBC super featherweight champion Terri Harper.
