Khasan Baysanguroz faces Christopher Ousley on September 25
Khasan Baysanguroz vs. Christopher Ousley
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England 25/9/21
Khasan Baysanguroz and Christopher Ousley will feature in one of the most interesting fights of the Joshua-Usyk undercard on Saturday, September 25. Both will step into the ring at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London to dispute the World Boxing Association (WBA) Intercontinental Middleweight title.
The fight is important for both fighters, not only for the opportunity to keep the regional belt, but also for the chance to showcase themselves in an evening as big as that of WBA super champion Anthony Joshua and his challenger Oleksandr Usyk.
Baysangurov has experience on his side and comes into the fight with four straight wins. The 24-year-old has eight years of professional experience and has faced good opponents. In fact, he has world title fight experience when he faced Rob Brant in 2019, which is the only loss of his career.
Ousley, 30, has never faced an opponent in this category but has an undefeated record and a good amount of knockouts to credit him as a good puncher. Now he needs to prove himself in a fight of this class.
Baysangurov has 21 wins, only one loss and 11 knockouts. Ousley has 12 wins and 9 knockouts in his career.
