Mexican Gilberto Roman defended the WBC super flyweight championship defeating Argentinian challenger Santos Benigno Laciar by UD. The fight took place in Cordoba, Argentina. The Referee was Ismael Quiñones Falú. While the Judges were Moises Sister, Tony Perez and Angel Luis Guzman.
