Savannah Marshall was in tremendous shape on the scales as she weighed-in for her WBO middleweight title defence against Maria Lindberg tomorrow night.

The fight takes place on the undercard of Conor Benn’s clash with Samuel Vargas at the Copper Box Arena in London on Saturday, live on Sky Sports and DAZN.

The weigh-in took place on Friday, with Marshall (9-0, 7 KOs) tipping the scales at 159lbs 6oz, while Lindberg (19-6-2, 10 KOs) came in at 154lbs 15oz.

It is the first world title defence for Marshall since she won her world title last October, where she picked up a seventh round stoppage win over Hannah Rankin.

A win over Lindberg could lead to a huge fight next, with a potential showdown with Claressa Shields potentially on the cards for later in the year.
