Panamanian contender Cesar “Rainman” Francis (11-0, 6 KOs) captured the NABO Junior Welterweight Title with a unanimous decision win over former world champion Raymundo Beltran (37-10-1, 23 KOs) in a ProBox TV main event on Saturday evening in Plant City, Florida.
