Mexican southpaw, Daniel Zaragoza, defended the World Boxing Council super bantamweight championship, defeating American Frank Duarte, by TKO in the 10th round, at the Inglewood Forum in California. The Referee was James Jen Kin. The Judges were Tomatsu Tomihara, Francisco Manzano and Nicolas Ascanio.
