Mexican Raul “Jibaro” Perez, one of the tallest bantamweights in history, defended the WBC crown, defeating Cardenio Ulloa, From Chile, by TKO in round eight. The fight took place at the “La Tortuga”  Gym in Talcahuano, Chile. The Referee was  Simon De Lima. The Judges were  Moisés Sister, Alfredo Fernández and Rogelio Sisto.
