WBC Heavyweight Silver Title Up For Smash and Grab
On Friday at the Dort Federal Credit Union Events Center, Flint, Michigan heavyweight fighters Danielle Perkins (2-0, 1 KO) and Monika Harrison (2-1, 1 KO) will contest the World Boxing Council Silver title, in a rematch.
Danielle, who has ample experience as an amateur fighter, is coming off last December defeating Princess Hairston by knockout in the fifth round.
Monika comes from losing a close decision against Danielle and has stated on several occasions that in the rematch the result will be different.
Both are part of the SUPERWOMEN card, led by the fight between undefeated Claressa Shields and Marie-Eve Dicaire, as a tribute to International Women’s Day, and will be broadcast live by Pay Per Event through the FITE TV platform at the following link: https://www.fite.tv/watch/shields-vs-dicaire/2p8qn/
