Dina Thorslund proved once again she is the best 118lb fighter in the world as she retained her WBO bantamweight title with a victory over Zulina Munoz.
The two women were competing at the Kolding Hallen in Denmark, with Thorslund (17-0, 7 KOs) putting in an incredible performance to overcome Munoz (53-4-2, 30 KOs) by seventh round stoppage.
It means that two-weight world champion Thorslund successfully made the first defence of her bantamweight crown, having also held the WBO super-bantamweight title from 2018 to 2021.
Elsewhere on Saturday, Donte Dixon (6-0, 3 KOs) continued his rapid rise, as the 21-year-old stepped up in competition and earned an impressive win against Jordan McCorry (19-8-1, 4 KOs), with the referee scoring it 77-73 to Dixon after eight rounds.
Will Cawley (1-0) got his professional career off to the perfect start with a 40-36 four round points win over Stephen Jackson in his professional debut, while Khalid Ayub (2-0) made it back to back wins as he defeated Stanko Jemelic 40-35 on points after four rounds.
