MTK Zagreb Set For Inaugural Event on Saturday
MTK Zagreb are set for their first ever Fight Night on Saturday when several of their exciting stars return to the ring.
The highly-anticipated event is sponsored by Warrior Spirit, GTProsperitas, Feed the Beast Nutrition, Icy Bar and Se-Mi Hotel, and sees some of the best fighters from around Europe competing.
In the main event, hard-hitting Andrej Bakovic (11-0, 9 KOs) looks to continue his winning streak. Bakovic’s last fight came in February 2020, where he needed just 124 seconds to earn a first round knockout victory over Bojan Veljkovic.
Fellow unbeaten stars Enid Bumanovic (21-0, 10 KOs), Bruno Knjezevic (3-0, 3 KOs) and Nikki Osim (3-0, 2 KOs) are in action too, plus Vito Jelcic is also on the card, making it a packed evening of entertainment.
It is the latest innovative move from MTK Global in Croatia, following the launch of a state-of-the-art boxing gym in Zagreb earlier this year, and a partnership with the Croatia Professional Boxing Sports Federation in 2019.
