Tasha Jonas & Chris Namus weigh-in ahead of tomorrow in Manchester

Tasha Jonas and Chris Namus both came in well inside the 154lb limit ahead of their showdown for the vacant WBO super-welterweight title at the AO Arena in Manchester on Saturday.

The two women will meet on the undercard of the Amir Khan vs. Kell Brook event, which will be broadcast live on Sky Sports Box Office.

Jonas (10-2-1, 7 KOs) and Namus (25-6-0, 1 NC, 8 KOs) both took to the scales at Exchange Hall in Manchester Central on Friday, with Jonas tipping the scales at 10st 9lbs 5oz, while Namus was slightly heavier at 10st 10lbs 5oz.

The fight sees Jonas attempt to become world champion at the third attempt of asking, following her controversial draw with Terri Harper, and her narrow points defeat to Katie Taylor over the past 18 months.
