Top flight ring announcer David Diamante critically injured

Top flight ring announcer David Diamante has been involved in a serious motorcycle accident, leaving him critically injured.

Famed for his long dreadlocks, Diamante, 50, was taken to NYU Langone Health, he has three fractures to his spine, multiple broken ribs, and serious damage to his right knee, resulting in Diamante having to learn to ‘re-walk’ amongst other physical complications.

After spending over five hours of surgery on Tuesday during which nine screws, multiple rods, and cadaver parts were inserted in his spine.
