Tyson Conqueror Danny Williams Retires at 47 Amid Health Concerns After Fight in Russia
Tyson Conqueror Danny Williams has finally retired at age 47 amid health concerns after his fight in Russia.
Williams was knocked out in two Rounds by Sergey Kharitonov, a fighter making his professional boxing debut.
It was his 20th defeat in the past 10 years alone, with his full record on the BoxRec statistical site listing 54 wins and 28 losses, though it is believed there have been more of the latter.

Kharitonov (1-0, 1 KO) 40, had MMA, WSB and amateur boxing experience but Williams (54-29, 41 KO’s) simply looked awful.
Williams was down in round 1 with the fight stopped at 2:25 of round 2 after Williams was being tagged and looking unsteady. Kharitonov even motioned the referee to stop the fight.
