Vergil Ortiz was in fantastic shape as he weighed in ahead of his highly-anticipated welterweight battle against Egidijus Kavaliauskas tomorrow night.

The Golden Boy event takes place at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas on Saturday, and will be broadcast live on DAZN.

Ortiz Jr (17-0, 17 KOs) will be looking to continue his perfect record when he faces Kavaliauskas (22-1-1, 18 KOs), with all 17 of his wins coming by knockout.

The weigh-in took place on Friday, with Ortiz coming in bang on the limit at 147lbs, while Kavaliauskas was slightly lighter at 146.6lbs.

Ortiz was last in action in March, where he stopped former world champion Maurice Hooker to win the WBO International welterweight title.
