Village Hotels & BOXXER partner for Khan vs. Brook & Taylor vs. Catterall

BOXXER is pleased to announce the extension of its partnership with Village Hotels, to encompass 2 highly-anticipated events this month: Amir Khan vs. Kell Brook on February 19th in Manchester, and Josh Taylor vs. Jack Catterall on February 26th in Glasgow.

Kicking things off in Manchester, Amir Khan and Kell Brook will face off in a blockbuster clash and one of the most highly anticipated match-ups in world boxing, airing LIVE and exclusively on Sky Sports Box Office in the UK & Ireland.

The sold-out AO Arena in Manchester will play host to the most significant all-British fight in recent history, with an undercard that features a world title bout for Natasha Jonas, heavyweight Frazer Clarke’s pro debut, and talented prospect Viddal Riley.

The following week at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, in a co-promotion with global boxing powerhouse Top Rank, undisputed super-lightweight world champion Josh Taylor faces his mandatory challenger in the unbeaten Jack Catterall.

After winning the undisputed world titles in May last year, and now on home soil, Taylor looks to cement his position as one of the world’s best pound-for-pound boxers. Tickets for the show sold out in rapid time, and it will be broadcast LIVE on Sky Sports in the UK & Ireland – featuring an action-packed undercard made up of both BOXXER and Top Rank international talent.

As part of the partnership, which was secured in collaboration with sport-specialist agency Matchday, Village branding will appear prominently across all pre-promotional activity, including city-centre press conferences, open workouts and weigh-ins. Village will then feature throughout the two fight nights, with 360-degree branding on the ring canvas, ropes and toblerones; and across the arenas’ screens, banners and boards.
