The former champion, Dominican Javier “Abejón” Fortuna (36-2-1, 25 KOs), will have an important and complicated commitment when he faces the also former world champion, the Californian Joseph “Jo Jo” Díaz Jr. (31-1-1, 15 KOs) this Friday.

Both will clash on July 9 in Los Angeles, California, in a fight where the Interim Lightweight title of the World Boxing Council will be at stake.

This match, along with the attractive card presented by Golden Boy promotions, will begin at 9 p.m. ET and will be broadcast live on DAZN.
