Larry Holmes, one of the greatest heavyweight in all history, defended his WBC title defeating Uruguay based Spaniard Alfredo Evangelista, by KO in the 7th round. The fight took place at Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas. The Referee was Richard Greene. The Judges were Duane Ford, Hal Miller and Harold Buck.
