Masamori Tokuyama, from Japan, became the WBC super flyweight Champion, after defeating South Korean Joo Cho by UD. The fight was at the Prefectural Gymnasium in Osaka, Japan. The Referee was Lupe Garcia. The Judges were  Lou Filippo, Henry Elespuru and Dalby Shirley.
