Mike Tyson defended his heavyweight crown, defeating Britain’s Frank Bruno, with a fifth round TKO, at the Hilton Center in Las Vegas. The Referee was Richard Steele who stopped the bout at two minutes and 55 seconds of the fifth round. The Judges were Jerry Roth, Omar Mintun and Rodolfo Maldonado. WBC supervisor was Jim Nave.
