Waymaker Management April fight schedule

Waymaker Management is looking forward to an exciting spring schedule. Mark DeLuca 28-2, 16 KOs starts things off on April 9th, when he makes the trip to Santiago, Dominican Republic. DeLuca will challenge local, Edward Diaz 12-3, 10 KOs. Traveling to someone’s backyard is not new for DeLuca who has fought in his opponent’s home country in four of his last five bouts. The only time he came up short was against former world champion and current top contender, Kell Brook 40-3, 28 KOs. Waymaker Management’s Founder and CEO, Artie DePinho stated, “DeLuca is looking to keep the momentum going with his 5th straight victory. This fight should set him up for a big opportunity in the summer.”

Also fighting this month, Kendrick Ball Jr. 17-2-2, 11 KOs will step in the ring on April 29th at American International College in Springfield, MA. This event is presented by Rivera Promotions Entertainment. Ball Jr. will be looking to rebound against hard hitting Colombian, Ronald Montes 19-15-1, 17 KOs. Kendrick Ball Jr. stated, “I’m working hard and fully focusing on being 100% physically and mentally.” The popular Ball Jr. plans on being active the rest of the year as he climbs the rankings. Tickets for this event are available now and priced at $80 (reserved seating) and $40 (general admission).

Former world title challenger, Greg Vendetti 23-4-1, 12 KOs is looking to get back in the ring this spring. Vendetti is coming off a victory against fellow New England veteran, Jimmy Williams 18-5-2, 6 KOs. Vendetti is ready to get back on the national stage and prove that he is one of the top super welterweights in the world.

In March, Waymaker Management signed fan favorite Chad “The Lion” Leoncello. The heavyweight from Brockton, MA is the Founder and CEO of “Sober Warriors.” Chad Leoncello commented, “My manager Artie DePinho and Waymaker Management has my best interest, we share the same vision, and I’m super excited for this next chapter.” We will highlight his story later this year when he is ready to fight under the biggest and brightest lights.
